Nani sets sights on Jimenez

West Ham United's technical director Gianluca Nani has dropped a strong hint that his club will seek to sign Internazionale midfielder Luis Jimenez this summer.

The 24-year-old Chile international has also played for Lazio and Fiorentina and is well known by Nani from his time in his homeland.

Nani told FC Inter News: "We have a coach who likes to play football on the ground and Jimenez is a great player.

"He is currently an Inter player, but we still have two months left in the market.

"I like him very much, I wanted him to come to Brescia several years ago."

The highly-rated Jimenez is also rumoured to be interesting Tottenham Hotspur, having been only a bit-part player for Inter last season.
