Hammers board back manager Grant

West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady has given her backing to manager Avram Grant despite the club's struggles.The Hammers sit bottom of the Premier League five points adrift of safety having won just once in 13 matches. Asked by BBC Radio 5 live if Grant would be boss at the end of the season, Brady said: "Almost definitely, yes."
