Dyer set for Hammers return

Injury-plagued West Ham United midfielder Kieron Dyer has revealed his delight at returning to action from a double leg break.
The England international has been out of action since August after suffering the injury in only his third appearance for the Hammers following his £6million arrival from Newcastle United.
Dyer did not take part in Sunday's exhibition match against Colombus Crew in Ohio, but hopes to make his comeback against former club Ipswich Town in a pre-season friendly on August 4.
"I joined in with everything. We had a warm-up, a keep-ball session and finished off with a little match," he told The Sun.
"It's been a very long time but it felt good and I'm absolutely delighted to be back. I got through the session with no setbacks or reaction.
"It's just so good to be involved again. I had a few setbacks but have been able to put all that behind me now. I've worked hard to get through it all.
"Once the pre-season fixtures came out, I noticed we were playing Ipswich. I thought that would be a good game to pencil in for my return."
