Valero set for Albion switch

West Bromwich Albion are on the verge of breaking their club record to sign Real Mallorca midfielder Borja Valero.
The Baggies have agreed a fee believed to be in the region of £4.5million with the Spanish club and the 23-year-old winger is set to put pen to paper on a four-year contract at The Hawthorns.
The former Real Madrid youngster had moved a step closer to joining the Premier League newcomers after being omitted from the Mallorca side for a friendly against PSV Eindhoven last weekend.
"This has gone through with West Brom and we are very pleased," revealed the player's agent Martan Paledes.
"Borja is really pleased and relishing the chance to play in the Premier League in England."
