West Bromwich Albion have allowed defender Neil Clement to join Championship rivals Hull City on loan until the end of the season.
The 29-year-old has suffered with a knee injury for most of the current campaign, but is hoping to impress with the Tigers, having made his debut in a reserve team game on Thursday evening.
Clement told the Hull Daily Mail: "It's nice to play when you've been out for a while.
"Coming off was just a precaution as I felt fine all through the game. I feel good and I'm raring to go if I get the chance down at Bristol City.
"I'm obviously hopeful, but will have to see what the manager does. If I'm called upon I will give it my very best."
Clement has been with the Baggies for nearly eight years, making nearly 300 appearances in all competitions for The Hawthorns club.
