West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has made the Paris St Germain midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu his third signing of the January transfer window.
The 22-year-old moves to The Hawthorns on loan until the end of the season - with a view to a permanent deal.
The DR Congo international has been with PSG since 2004, signing his first professional contract with the club in November 2006.
He has made 68 appearances for the side form the French capital and also featured in 23 matches for Amiens last term on a season-long loan at the Ligue Two side.
Mowbray has said of Mulumbu: "He's a young player with potential, who won't instantly impact on our first team."
