Mowbray: Fear inspired us

West Brom boss Tony Mowbray claimed the fear of another upset spurred his side on to reach the FA Cup semi-finals following a 5-1 victory over Bristol Rovers.
Ishmael Miller claimed a hat-trick as the Championship high-flyers avoided following Manchester United, Chelsea and Middlesbrough in losing to less fancied sides during a weekend of cup shocks.
Kevin Phillips and James Morrison were also on the mark as the Baggies reached the last four for the first time since 1982.
"We are obviously delighted to get through. We have all watched the other games this weekend in amazement at seeing the underdogs winning time after time and we were very determined not to fall into the same trap," said Mowbray.
"After Manchester United lost at home to Portsmouth and Chelsea lost at Barnsley, it might have put a little bit of pressure on us.
"But at the same time it might have helped us to focus that little bit more too.
"It was a very tough game for long periods. The final score suggests it was comfortable but I don't think it ever was at any time.
"But fortunately for us we have got strikers who can score goals."
