West Bromwich Albion boss Bryan Robson is hopeful that striker Nathan Ellington can overcome his nagging hamstring problems to help the Baggies battle for promotion.
Ellington lasted just 26 minutes of the goalless draw at Southampton, with Robson yet to see the former Wigan star link up successfully with summer signing John Hartson.
He told the Express & Star: "It's frustrating for Nathan that he's had to keep coming off with these little problems.
"But, once he is back fit, I'm confident he will score goals and even though he's been struggling with his fitness, he's gone close at Cardiff and Southampton.
"Once we get Nathan fit and sharp, the type of flicks John Hartson can produce are what he lives on.
"It's just a shame that in these two away games when John has been getting flicks, there has been no-one to get on the end of them."
