Need a helping hand: Graham Dorrans is struggling to be fit for the Midlands derby West Bromwich midfielder Graham Dorrans is a major fitness doubt for the Barclays Premier League derby at Birmingham. Dorrans suffered an ankle injury in training on Friday and Baggies head coach Roy Hodgson is pessimistic about his chances of being available. Striker Peter Odemwingie suffered a knock to his ankle during the 1-1 draw at Stoke on Monday. But he returned to training on Friday after three days of treatment and should be fit to face Alex McLeish's side.
