Birmingham's Ben Foster set for West Brom move

Ben Foster is set to sign for West Brom in another blow to crisis club Birmingham. The Baggies are on the verge of finalising a deal to sign Foster on loan initially, with a view to a permanent transfer next summer. The news comes on the same day as Birmingham acting chairman Peter Pannu's warning to fans to expect several high-profile exits with the club's finances under threat following owner Carson Yeung's arrest on money-laundering charges.
