Baggies win Beattie race

West Bromwich Albion boss Tony Mowbray is expected to make Celtic striker Craig Beattie his first signing of the summer after agreeing a £1million fee with the Bhoys for the 23-year-old.
Beattie has been in demand this summer, with Sheffield United, Cardiff City, Aberdeen and Dundee United all interested in acquiring the Scotland international's services.
The forward is expected to hold talks with Baggies boss Tony Mowbray about personal terms later this week.
He has scored 16 goals in 22 starts and 43 substitute appearances for Celtic.
