Baggies reject Koumas bid

West Bromwich Albion have rejected a £4million bid believed to be from Premier League side Wigan Athletic for midfielder Jason Koumas.
The Wales international has been strongly linked with a summer exit after the Baggies failed to win promotion to the top-flight via the play-offs.
Albion have already turned down a joint £6million bid for Koumas and striker Diomansy Kamara from local rivals Birmingham City earlier this week.
Fulham's approach for the highly-rated pair was also rebuffed by Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace.
And now Wigan's approach for the 27-year-old midfield playmaker has gone the same way with Albion adamant that their star players will not be allowed to leave on the cheap.
Koumas moved to The Hawthorns in a £2.25million transfer from Tranmere Rovers five years ago.
