Albion face De Sutter failure

West Brom could miss out on signing long-time target Tom De Sutter when the transfer window reopens in less than three months' time.
Albion were linked with the 23-year-old Cercle Brugge striker in the summer but decided not to make a multi-million pound offer for the Belgium international in August.
The Belgian side's president Frans Schotte said: "The board of Cercle made it clear that in January we would be prepared to let him leave.
"He has already told us of his preference for Anderlecht, but nothing is signed yet.
"We also know that West Bromwich and AZ Alkmaar are interested, but we will take into account Tom's preferences.
"The transfer fee is not fixed, but we will not be asking for 15 million euros - we do not want Tom's career to slow down."
