West Brom's veteran striker Kevin Phillips still believes he is good enough to score goals in the Premier League.

The former Sunderland and Aston Villa forward, who has been named as the best player in the Championship this year, has scored 17 goals for the promotion-chasing Baggies this term.

"Everyone wants to play in the Premier League and I've been lucky enough to play there and do well there," the 34-year-old told Sky Sports News.

"I know what comes with doing well in the Premier League. I'd love another stab at it, but there's still a lot to play for.

"I believe we have the squad to win promotion. We believe we can do it and it's just a question of doing it out on the pitch."
