Mowbray to keep fringe duo

West Brom manager Tony Mowbray has every intention of keeping Kim Do-Heon and Michal Danek at The Hawthorns next season despite their lack of first-team action this term.
Kim has started only one game since joining Albion on loan from Korean club Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma, while Czech keeper Danek, on loan from Viktoria Plzen, has yet to play for the first team.
However, Mowbray told the Birmingham Mail: "Kim is undoubtedly a wonderful footballer. You can speak to any of our players and they'll all back that up based of the stuff he can do in training.
"In a less attritional league, and in one that isn't as direct as the Championship, Kim's assets and qualities will be there to be seen. He's shown me he can run and compete in training.
"Would you leave Koren or Greening out of centre-midfield just to give Kim a game? No. Kim has been very unfortunate because of the scenario we've found ourselves in.
"Like Michal Danek, the games are too important to risk experimentation.
"Without rubber-stamping it with the chairman, I'd anticipate we'll take the option up on both those players."
