Following Darren Moore's exit from the club on Thursday, midfielder Andy Johnson looks to be on the verge of leaving West Brom.
Moore moved to Derby County and now Johnson also looks set to be leaving The Hawthorns after finding it difficult to secure regular first-team football.
Johnson has slipped down the pecking order since the summer signings of Darren Carter and Diomansy Kamara and the emergence of Junichi Inamoto.
He has held talks with a number of clubs, including Sheffield Wednesday, Bristol Rovers and former club Nottingham Forest.
Johnson has not played in the first team since the September clash with Charlton Athletic and his agent has now confirmed he could be set for a transfer.
Gary Porter said: "Bristol Rovers are obviously a big draw because he supported them as a young lad.
"There are other clubs in the equation and Andy is deciding what will be his best move, although he may still decide to remain with Albion."
