West Bromwich Albion have won the race to sign attacking midfielder Graham Dorrans from Livingston, in a deal that could eventually be worth £150,000.
The 21-year-old Scotland Under-21 international had been wanted by several SPL clubs, but opted to head to England to try his luck at The Hawthorns, penning a two-year contract with the Baggies.
Dorrans told the Daily Express: "If I thought I couldn't make an impact here, I wouldn't have come down.
"I hope I can prove to the manager I can play a part in his plans. I'm just settling down and looking forward to pre-season training."
Dorrans scored 20 goals in 91 appearances for Livi, while his only other senior football came during a loan spell with Partick Thistle.
