Gianfranco Zola believes West Ham's turbulent season has given him the equivalent of five years of experience.[LNB] Zola has been fighting on all fronts during a tumultuous campaign that could yet end with relegation from the Premier League.[LNB]The Hammers, who entered the weekend four points clear of danger, have four matches remaining starting with Monday's trip to Liverpool to stay in the top flight.[LNB]Off the pitch Zola has had to contend with a perilous financial position that resulted in a change of owner and persistent questions over his own future.[LNB]But the Italian is still standing and refuses to discuss his future until the season is over.[LNB]"Without a doubt I'll be a better manager because of everything that's happened," he said.[LNB]"I'm not joking when I say this year is worth five years in terms of coaching experience. I will be making the most of it, that's for sure.[LNB]"I have an idea about the future but there's no point in me talking about anything right now.[LNB]"Instead, it's important that we deal with the situation now and talk about the future later. Now's not the time for talking."[LNB]A wave of optimism has swept through Upton Park since four points were secured in the last two matches against Everton and Sunderland.[LNB]Zola credits a desire to role up the sleeves for the change in fortunes, though he insists West Ham are not safe yet.[LNB]"I'm very confident we'll stay up, even before Everton two weeks ago I said we will stay up. I won't change my mind on that," he said.[LNB]"We need to work hard as a team. The last few games haven't been pretty but the workrate and desire has been top class and that's why we will get important points.[LNB]"The danger has not gone yet so we need to keep working hard.[LNB]"Absolutely everyone is pulling in the same direction - everyone really wants this club to stay up.[LNB]"The mood here has changed and that's the good thing about football, things can change very quickly.[LNB]"We have a new belief so that even though we have not won at Liverpool since 1963, we know that we are not beaten before we get there. We will fight until the end."[LNB]Mido returns to the squad after missing the 1-0 victory over Sunderland through illness but midfielder Scott Parker is still suspended.
