Zola agrees Hammers deal

West Ham have confirmed to Sky Sports News that manager Gianfranco Zola has agreed terms on a new contract.[LNB] Chief executive Scott Duxbury has told Sky Sports that four-year deals have been agreed with Zola and his assistant Steve Clarke.[LNB]Duxbury stated that the contracts should be signed within the next 48 hours.[LNB]The news will be a huge boost and relief to The Hammers and their fans, with some reports claiming the talks had stalled in recent days.[LNB]Zola and Clarke have turned West Ham's season around after taking over from Alan Curbishley in September.[LNB]The Hammers are currently seventh in the Premier League - a position which would secure them a place in Europe.[LNB]
