West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate has had the red card he received against Crystal Palace rescinded by the Football Association.
The 26-year-old was sent off during the second half of Saturday's 2-2 Barclays Premier League draw at Upton Park, but has successfully appealed the decision.
An FA statement read: " An independent regulatory commission has today [Tuesday 5 April 2016] upheld a wrongful dismissal claim in relation to West Ham United's Cheikhou Kouyate.
"The player, who was dismissed for serious foul play during the game against Crystal Palace on Saturday [2 April 2016], will therefore not serve any suspension."
Hammers boss Slaven Bilic had initially hinted the club would not contest Kouyate's sending-off despite saying the challenge on Palace substitute Dwight Gayle was not even worthy of a yellow card.
He cut a frustrated figure after the 10 men were pegged back by Gayle's equaliser on Saturday, denting their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League, saying: ''Will we appeal? I am fed up with appealing."
But the Hammers did decide to appeal - joint chairman David Gold tweeting: " Disappointing decision by Mark Clattenburg to red card Kouyate which we will be appealing. We must give referee's more TV replay help. dg" - and it has proved a fruitful call.
Kouyate's three-match suspension has been withdrawn, meaning he is eligible for Saturday's clash with Arsenal.
