West Ham boosted in pursuit of Luca Toni as Italian admits Roma loan may not continue

West Ham United have been handed a boost in their pursuit of Luca Toni after the Italian admitted he doesn't believe his loan spell with Roma will continue.[LNB]The burley centre-forward spent the second part of last season in Italy despite an approach from the Hammers during the transfer window.[LNB] Back home: Toni (right) lines up for Roma against Udinese's Aleksandar Lukovic[LNB]World Cup winner Toni still has one-year left on his Bayern Munichcontract but endures a frosty relationship with manager Louis vanGaal.
