Sam Allardyce could be in trouble with the FA after blasting referee Michael Oliver for failing to award West Ham two 'blatant' penalties.[LNB]And the Hammers boss urged his side to overcome their Upton Park fear factor after Adam  Clayton's 90th-minute strike earned Leeds a deserved point.[LNB] Last gasp: Adam Clayton (right) celebrates scoring Leeds' equaliser[LNB]MATCH FACTSWest Ham: Green, O'Brien, Tomkins, Reid, Ilunga, Noble (Piquionne 82), Parker, Nolan, Collison (Faubert 58), Taylor, Cole (Carew 67) Subs not used: Boffin, Barrera[LNB]Leeds: Lonergan, O'Dea, Kisnorbo, Lees, Gradel (Sam 88), Howson, Clayton, Snodgrass, White, Keogh, McCormack (Nunez 77) Subs not used: Rachubka, Connolly, O'Brien[LNB]Referee: Michael Oliver (Northumberland)[LNB]The first of Allardyce's gripes came in the 19th minute when Patrick Kisnorbo wrestled James Tomkins to the ground as Leeds defended a corner. The second was when Aidy White tripped Carlton Cole as the forward tried to put the Hammers two up.[LNB]'No-one can convince me they were anything but two blatant penalties,' said Allardyce. 'Unfortunately we've seen the referee not do what he is paid to do.' [LNB]After two wins on the road, this was West Ham's first home game since Kenny Miller scored an added-time winner for Cardiff in the opening game of the season.[LNB]'The anxiety won't go away until we win a home game,' said Allardyce. 'When that situation comes round againwe have to be mentally strong.'[LNB]Cole gave the Hammers a sixth-minute lead with a close-range volley from Matt Taylor's corner. Max Gradel missed a spot-kick for Leeds between West Ham's penalty claims, but RossMcCormack fired Leeds's equaliser in the 59th minute after neat play between Robert Snodgrass and Andy Keogh. [LNB]The Yorkshire side's joy was short-lived after Kisnorbo smashed Julien Faubert's cross into his own net three minutes later to set up the late drama.[LNB] Noses in front: Cole (right) slots home West Ham's first goal[LNB] [LNB] Leeds boss Simon Grayson said: 'You could sense a little bit of nervousness from West Ham. When you've got Premier League and international players,  everyone wants to beat you.' [LNB]For the first goal, Leeds goalkeeper Andy Lonergan had already tipped over headers from Cole and James Tomkins, but he was beaten when Matt Taylor swung in a second corner.[LNB]Colegot in front of his marker and guided a volley past Lonergan with the outside of his right boot for his second goal in as many games.[LNB]Leeds, playing to a backdrop of 'we are the morons' from the away end - a reference to chairman Ken Bates' pet name for their disgruntled fans - attempted to hit straight back and Green turned an angled drive from Gradel over the top. [LNB] [LNB] Off and running: West Ham celebrate Carlton Cole's opening goal[LNB]FAB IS KEEN ON PARKER [LNB]Fabio Capello cast his eye over Scott Parker at Upton Park after insisting he has not told the midfielder to leave West Ham. [LNB]Parker looks set for a place in the England squad to face Bulgaria on September 2 and Capello (above left with Sir Trevor Brooking) said: 'I never pushed for him to change the team. This is aproblem for the club, not me.' [LNB]Momentslater, a deep cross from the right found Robert Snodgrass on the left corner of the West Ham penalty area and his volley crashed back off the near post.[LNB]The visitors were presented with a route back into the game in the 28th minute when Taylor controlled the ball with his arm in the box and referee Michael Oliver pointed to the spot.[LNB]But Gradel, the subject of a failed bid from West Ham earlier in the summer, did not impress his suitors as his penalty rolled meekly past Green's right-hand post[LNB]Leeds were cranking up the pressure, though, and it finally told in the 59th minute when Andy Keogh and Robert Snodgrass combined well for the latter to cross low into the path of McCormack, who swept the ball past Green.[LNB]But all their good work was undone three minutes later when substitute Julien Faubert crossed from the right and Kisnorbo, in attempting to clear the ball, succeeded only in smashing it past Lonergan and into his own net.[LNB]Can't look! Matt Taylor (left) and Robert Snodgrass go for the ball[LNB] [LNB] West Ham should have added to their lead but Lonergan kept out a point-blank effort from Winston Reid and Scott Parker - being watched by England boss Fabio Capello - shot against a post.[LNB]And they were made to pay on the stroke of full-time when Jonathan Howson's shot came back off the crossbar and Clayton buried the rebound to nick a point.[LNB]Defensive: Scott Parker shields the ball from Leeds' Max Gradel[LNB] [LNB] Click here for the latest Championship table, fixtures and resultsSign up for our FREE Fantasy Football game and your chance to win a share of ?40,000 [LNB]
