Goalkeeper Julian Speroni is reportedly awaiting permission from Crystal Palace to discuss a summer move to Middlesbrough or West Ham.[LNB] The cash-strapped Eagles are likely to sell 31-year-old Speroni this summer in a bid to ease their financial worries.[LNB]Palace administrator Brendan Guilfoyle says the club is on a "knife-edge" after he terminated the employment of 29 members of staff.[LNB]The Hammers know their number one Robert Green could leave Upton Park this summer if he has a successful World Cup with England.[LNB]And with Boro boss Gordon Strachan also interested in Speroni's services, the Argentinian admits he is keeping his options open.[LNB]"A footballer's career is a short career and sometimes you have to do what's best for your family and yourself," he told the Ealing Gazette. [LNB]"A lot of things are going on at the moment though, so we will see what happens."
