Sears soaring to Eagles
Crystal Palace have agreed to sign West Ham starlet Freddie Sears on a season-long loan.
The 19-year-old striker, who has come through the ranks at Upton Park, made 22 Premier League appearances for the Hammers last season but failed to hold down a regular starting berth.
West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola has allowed the England Under-20 international to gain some first-team experience and Neil Warnock has moved quickly to secure Sears' services for the entire of the 2009-10 campaign.
