Robbie Keane has spoken of his injury frustration after scoring a goal in West Ham reserves' 4-2 win over Newcastle on Tuesday.[LNB]The striker, 30, played just 160 minutes for the Hammers after joining on loan from Tottenham and was out for five weeks with a calf injury before making his comeback against Stoke City last Sunday.[LNB]Keane cannot play on Saturday against his parent club and is targeting the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2012 qualifiers against Macedonia and Uruguay later this month.[LNB]He said: 'It has obviously been frustrating. You come to a new club and you want to play as soon as possible and you get injured.   [LNB] Back in action: Keane returned to the West Ham side for the 2-1 FA Cup defeat at Stoke[LNB]'It was nice to get back and be able to get another 60 minutes today. I am looking forward now to pushing on.[LNB]'I got 25 minutes against Stoke on Sunday but my next games will be for Ireland.   [LNB]'The more games I can play now before I come back to play in the Manchester United match in a few weeks' time (on April 2), obviously the better it will be for everyone and certainly me. Whatever minutes I play for Ireland will help me to come back to 100 per cent match fitness for the club.[LNB]'It would be nice (to play against United) but it is up to the manager. The lads have been doing tremendously well, so first of all I have to work hard to get back in the team. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later.' [LNB] Taking its toll: Keane is frustrated by his recent injury problems[LNB]Keane's fellow striker Frederic Piquionne is a major doubt for this Saturday's clash at White Hart Lane due to a foot problem, it has emerged.[LNB]The Frenchman suffered the injury during Sunday's defeat at the Britannia Stadium and is unlikely to play against Spurs.[LNB]With Keane unavailable, Grant is likely to play Demba Ba, Victor Obinna and Carlton Cole up front as the only other strikers he has at his disposal are youngsters Freddie Sears and Zavon Hines, who have both been used sparingly this term.[LNB]And Grant could still face an FA rap for criticising referee Mike Jones after Sunday's 2-1 FA Cup defeat by Stoke.[LNB]The FA will decide on Wednesday whether to charge the Israeli after examining his post-match comments.[LNB] Stoke 2 West Ham 1: Grant furious with ref Jones as Potters reach Wembley EXCLUSIVE: Downes proves pedigree at West Ham and the greyhound trackAll the latest West Ham news, features and opinion [LNB]  Explore more:People: Robbie Keane, Carlton Cole, Freddie Sears Places: Newcastle, Republic of Ireland, Macedonia, Ireland
