Rafa Benitez backing Gianfranco Zola to keep West Ham in the Premier League

Rafa Benitez is convinced West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola has a big future in management despite struggling at Upton Park.[LNB]The Hammers have flirted with the relegation places for most of the season and sit just four points above the drop-zone with four games left.[LNB]The first of those is against Benitez's Liverpool on Monday and the Spaniard believes Zola will guide his side to safety regardless of what happens at Anfield.[LNB] Tough task: Benitez (right) reckons Zola is the man for the job at West Ham[LNB]'He's a nice person and a good manager,' Benitez told Liverpool's website. 'He has a lot of experience as a player and as a manager he wants to improve and learn. I think he has a great future.[LNB]'They have a good team and staff.
