Frederic Piquionne has set his sights on finishing in the top half of the Premier League despite West Ham's miserable start to the new season.[LNB] The Upton Park outfit are currently propping up the table with just one point on the board after defeats by Aston Villa, Bolton, Manchester United and Chelsea which were followed by a draw at Stoke.[LNB]Next on the agenda for Avram Grant's side is a home meeting with London rivals Tottenham and they will be eager to build on their improved results in their last two matches.[LNB]Piquionne, who was on target in Tuesday night's 2-1 Carling Cup third round success away to Sunderland, has faith in Grant to turn things around having played under the Israeli at Portsmouth last term. [LNB]He said: "We need points but I'm sure that at the end of the season we will be in the top 10. We have the players to do that.[LNB]"Players have come in, we need time to play together and we've played better in the last two games. [LNB]"We need to win at home on Saturday against Spurs. [LNB]"But the boss knows what to do. We had some tough times at Portsmouth, but everyone at West Ham knows we'll be OK."
