Parker to start for Hammers
West Ham midfielder Scott Parker will start the Barclays Premier League clash with Everton.
Parker missed the 3-0 defeat by Arsenal with an ankle problem but has been passed fit to face the Toffees.
Lars Jacobsen (heal), Manuel Da Costa (ankle) and Thomas Hitzlsperger (thigh) are injured while Victor Obinna is suspended.
