Parker talks up chances

West Ham's midfield dynamo Scott Parker believes the Hammers have now finally turned the corner and will start to push themselves up the Barclays Premiership table. The Hammers visit Old Trafford tomorrow evening for a clash against a stuttering champions side who will be looking to put things right after their 3-1 defeat at the hands of Everton on Saturday. “I said a few weeks ago when we were on a bit of a bad run of results that, if we could put two wins back-to-back, we could really go places,” Parker told the official site.  “We’ve now got those two wins back-to-back and hopefully we can push on. “We’ve got a tough game at Manchester United on Tuesday but, if you look at our home games, they’re winnable fixtures, so we’ve got to keep going if we can. “We go there with massive confidence.  We’ve had two good results against an in-form Birmingham and we came out worthy winners on Saturday, so we go there with confidence.  We all know how hard it is going to Old Trafford, and they’re coming off a little stinging at Everton, but we’ll go there and see what we can do.”
