Parker looking forward to Grant talk
West Ham captain Scott Parker is looking forward to meeting his new boss Avram Grant to hear his ideas for the club's future.[LNB] Parker was one of the Hammers' only shining lights last season in a disappointing campaign that culminated in the sacking of Gianfranco Zola.[LNB]Grant has since been handed the reins at Upton Park and Parker is relishing the opportunity of playing under the former Chelsea and Portsmouth boss.[LNB]"I have not met the new manager yet, but obviously he has impressed the chairmen with the very good jobs he has done at other clubs," Parker told the News of the World. [LNB]"I am looking forward to meeting Avram and talking to him about his ideas and what he wants to bring to the club."[LNB]
