Nouble recalled
West Ham's young striker Frank Nouble has been recalled from a loan spell with Swansea City. The 19-year-old had been due to continue on a three-month loan deal with the Welsh side however a weekend injury to Freddie Piquionne has prompted Avram Grant to cut short his loan spell. The former Chelsea graduate has not had the best of time at Swansea, making only two starts and four substitute appearances and scoring only a single goal. Nouble should find himself on the bench as the Hammers take on Stoke City in the Carling Cup at the Boleyn Ground this evening.
