Mark Noble has hailed the "massive changes" made by the management team at West Ham as the reason for the club's recent success.[LNB] Gianfranco Zola took the reins at Upton Park at the beginning of the season and has helped the Hammers into contention for a place in the Europa League.[LNB]The 21-year-old midfielder believes that former Chelsea number two Steve Clarke also deserves some credit for the team's impressive performances during this campaign.[LNB]"There have been massive changes since they've come here," Noble told The Guardian[LNB]"Training, games, the whole set-up is different. Steve Clarke is so experienced and the drills are so tight.[LNB]Enjoy"But the main thing about the gaffer is that he wants the boys to enjoy themselves when they play.[LNB]"Everything's to do with passing. I think that's showing in our performances. Some of the goals we've scored over the past few months have been amazing."[LNB]Noble, who is currently an integral part of the England Under 21 team, has also set his sights on a call-up to the senior side in time for next year's World Cup.[LNB]He thinks that if West Ham maintain their current standard, Fabio Capello may give him the chance to represent his country on the biggest stage possible.[LNB]"It's not impossible," Noble added.[LNB]"It's certainly one of my aims. I'd be lying to say otherwise. I think playing for England is the pinnacle of every young English player's career.[LNB]"If I keep working hard and we keep playing the way we are, I might just get that chance."[LNB]
