No World Cup for Hammer Parker
West Ham's Scott Parker has missed out on England's World Cup squad, with Fabio Capello axing him from his final 23.[LNB] Parker had been named in the initial 30-man training squad for the friendlies against Mexico and Japan but has failed to make the plane for South Africa.[LNB]The midfielder, who helped the Hammers avoid relegation from the Barclays Premier League last season, did not play a single minute of the warm-up games and will not add to his three caps.[LNB]There are two West Ham players in squad however, with Matt Upson and Robert Green travelling to South Africa with the Three Lions.
