Mariner keen for N'Gala to stay

Plymouth boss Paul Mariner is hoping on-loan West Ham centre-back Bondz N'Gala will be at the heart of his defence next season.[LNB] N'Gala's deal at Upton Park runs out in June and the Hammers will not be retaining his services.[LNB]Mariner does not want Sunday's dead rubber against fellow relegation victims Peterborough to be N'Gala's Home Park farewell and has offered him a deal to join on a permanent basis.[LNB]"His contract is sat there to be signed," Mariner told the Herald.[LNB]"As far as I'm concerned, it's done, but, until he puts pen to paper, it isn't done.[LNB]"I spoke to him and I told him exactly how I feel about him. I think he has done exceptionally well for a young player."[LNB]
