Kick-off change for rivals

The Championship clash between fierce London rivals Millwall and West Ham on Saturday, September 17 will be a lunchtime kick-off.

Following discussions between the two clubs, the match at The Den will be all-ticket and will kick off at 12.30pm.

The previous meeting between the sides, a Carling Cup game at Upton Park in August 2009, was marred by crowd trouble outside the ground and pitch invasions during the match.

A Millwall supporter was stabbed as hundreds of fans, many without tickets, clashed outside the ground.

The Football Association subsequently fined West Ham £115,000 for failing to control their fans.
