Robert Green sees tonight's trip to Bolton as the ideal opportunity for West Ham to pick themselves off the floor.[LNB]Much to ponder: West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green[LNB]The Hammers dropped into the relegation zone after Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Birmingham and have not won away from Upton Park since the opening day of the season.[LNB]But Green is relieved to be back in action so quickly against another of the Barclays Premier League's struggling sides.[LNB]Bolton have not won in six matches and Green said: 'This is a game against another team that's down there. We've got to be looking at picking up points.[LNB]'We've got to go there and grit our teeth and get through it and come out with a positive result. You go on good runs and bad runs. We won one and drew a couple which got us by but now we're looking at a couple of defeats in a row and need to bounce backpretty quick.[LNB]'You don't get much bigger than Tuesday's game.'[LNB]West Ham have never won in 10 previous visits to the Reebok Stadium and, to make matters worse, they will be without influential midfielder Mark Noble following his red card at St Andrew's.[LNB]'It was a difficult defeat to take against Birmingham. We showed spirit after going down to 10 men and a goal down,' Green added.[LNB]'It was one of those games that was going to be decided by the odd goal and, unfortunately for us, while you're down there, you get kicked.'[LNB] Feeling blue: Robert Green is beaten by Lee Bowyer as Birmingham beat West Ham at the weekend[LNB]Hammers manager Gianfranco Zola is confident his men have the fighting spirit to respond in just the battling manner Green demanded.[LNB]'It's going to be very, very tough, there's no doubt about that. For us, every game has become tough, especially at this moment,' he said.[LNB]'I think we are okay. Obviously it was tough to see us lose a game like Saturday's. We didn't expect that, but we are strong enough to cope with this.'[LNB] It's the biggest midweek of the season... just feel those nerves jangle!Under the Hammer!
