Fiorentina set to hijack Roma bid to sign West Ham midfielder Valon Behrami

Fiorentina are trying to hijack Roma's bid for West Ham United midfielder Valon Behrami.[LNB]Claudio Ranieri has been trying to take Behrami to Roma since the summer but is working on a near non-existent budget.[LNB]The Switzerland international is keen to return to Italy, where he played for Lazio before joining the Hammers in 2008, but has been frustrated at the slow pace of negotiations.[LNB] On the move: Valon Behrami is set to leave Upton Park[LNB]Ranieri needs to sell before he can buy.
