Monaco boss Guy Lacombe has confirmed that Eidur Gudjohnsen is heading to the Premier League.[LNB] Fulham and West Ham have both been linked with the former Barcelona and Chelsea star, whilst Tottenham - where Gudjohnsen spent part of last season on-loan - are also considering a renewed bid.[LNB]Lacombe admits he will not be standing in the Icelander's way and will let him leave the Stade Louis II.[LNB]"Gud is interested in England, and England is interested in Gud, so we should find a way out for him," Lacombe told Nice-Matin.[LNB]The news may also come as a blow to MLS side Kansas City Wizards, who revealed last week they had made an offer for the 31-year-old.[LNB]"We've made a formal offer to Icelandic striker Eidur Gudjohnsen," Wizards president Robb Heineman told Big Soccer.[LNB]"He's recently been at Tottenham (loaned from AS Monaco), and I'm relatively certain they will make an offer as well. [LNB]"This is the type of guy we want to go after: A world-class player who knows how to win championships. [LNB]"I'm hopeful we get this done, but it's going to be a bit of a waiting game."
