Diamanti struggling to adapt to life at West Ham, claims former club chief

[LNB]West Ham summer signing Alessandro Diamanti is reportedly struggling to adapt to the Premier League.[LNB]However, the Italian, who joined the Hammers from Serie A side Livorno in a £6m deal, is taking solace in his huge pay pack.
