Cole getting back to his best - Grant
West Ham boss Avram Grant believes striker Carlton Cole is starting to impress once again.
The England international scored twice in the second half of Tuesday`s emphatic 4-0 win against Manchester United in the Carling Cup, lifting the England striker's tally to three goals in 19 appearances this season.
The 27-year-old has been criticised for his recent form, but Grant said: "Carlton lost a little bit of his confidence and was not fully fit on the physical side as well.
"But in the last few weeks he's been working really hard and I'm delighted. We need him because he's a good striker."
