Birmingham v West Ham: David Bentley out of Carling Cup semi-final

Birmingham will be without on-loan winger David Bentley for Wednesday evening's Carling Cup semi-final second leg clash with West Ham at St. Andrew's.

Bentley is ineligible as he has already played in the competition for his parent club, Tottenham, this season.

Sebastian Larsson is set to replace Bentley as City look to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit.
