West Ham midfielder Valon Behrami has admitted he is disappointed to still be at the club after holding talks with Roma earlier in the summer.[LNB] Behrami, who joined the Hammers two years ago from Italian club Lazio, looked certain to leave Upton Park before the end of the transfer window. [LNB]However, Roma were unable to sell players to raise their funds, and the proposed move for 25-year-old Behrami fell through. [LNB]The Hammers have endured a disappointing start to their Premier League campaign and are currently sitting at the bottom of the table following three defeats from their opening three games. [LNB]And while admitting his frustration over the collapsed Roma switch, Behrami expects to be part of Avram Grant's plans this term. [LNB]"I am disappointed the deal failed to go through - that is for certain," said Behrami in The Sun. [LNB]"Avram Grant gave me his permission to speak with Roma. [LNB]"But he also said he needs me, with West Ham bottom of the table. I'm sure I'll still get to play for them."
