Avram Grant's positive attitude rubs off on everyone at West Ham, insists Wayne Bridge

West Ham defender Wayne Bridge insists the positive attitude of manager Avram Grant can see them to safety this term.

Bridge is currently at Upton Park on loan from Manchester United, and insists the right man is in charge of the Londoners.

'Avram is a character,' Bridge said. 'Sitting in team meetings, you realise what a positive person and manager he is.

'Avram wants everyone to be positive on the pitch, to get forward and play attractive, attacking football.

'Everything is geared to making the players feel good about themselves and going on to the pitch with the right attitude.'
