[LNB]Sears had been expected to stay at Glanford Park until January 3 but Hammers manager Avram Grant has decided to terminate the 21-year-old's loan in the hope that he can add some firepower to his squad as he looks to drag his team off the bottom of the Barclays Premier League table.
