188BET Preview - West Ham V Wolves

23 March 2010 14:27

Wolverhampton Wanderers (4.45) have the chance to move even further away from the relegation zone when they face a West Ham (1.90) side at Upton Park that have lost their last four matches.

Despite their recent form, the Hammers are pre-game favourites and, boosted by the likely return of the influential duo of Scott Parker and Carlton Cole, they are likely to cause the Wolves defence a few problems.

Mick McCarthy's Wolves side actually moved above the Hammers at the weekend when they secured an impressive 2-2 draw at Aston Villa, a result which came on the back of a 2-1 victory at Burnley. The improvement in form is a welcome boost at a time when every point is crucial in the fight against relegation.

Top scorer Kevin Doyle was in scintillating form against Villa and defender Jody Craddock continued his fine form in front of goal by notching his 5th strike of the season.

Wolves will need them to continue to be top of their game for what promises to be a fiery encounter at Upton Park this evening.

With so much at stake, this one could go either way. When it’s this close to call it’s always best to bet In-Play as the action happens.

Few would have predicted that Portsmouth would pull off the biggest comeback of the season so far on Saturday.  2-1 down at home to Hull, they were available to back at odds of 70.0 with six minutes to go before coming back with two late goals to win 3-2 in the dying moments of the game.

Had you backed Pompey before their comeback, you would have been laughing all the way to the bank!

There are In-Play opportunities every week so make sure your watching the action unfold and keep up with the latest odds on 188BET, the In-Play specialists!
