West Brom midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has retired from international football with DR Congo for a second time.[LNB]Mulumbu initially quit after complaining of a lack of professionalism in the set-up before being persuaded to change his mind.[LNB]But he has now decided to concentrate on playing for the Baggies with whom he signed a new contract during the summer.[LNB] Walking away: Baggies midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has retired from international football at 24[LNB]Mulumbu said: 'I am withdrawing from international football with immediate effect.
