West Brom want striker John Carew for Blackburn clash
West Brom are trying to seal a six-month deal for John Carew in time for him to make his debut at Blackburn on Sunday. [LNB]LA Galaxy have also expressed an interest but Roberto Di Matteo is looking to close a deal that has been in the pipeline since December. [LNB]Di Matteo confirmed: 'They (Villa) know of our interest (in Carew).
