Shane Long is hoping he can find a repeat of the two goals he once scored for Reading against Aston Villa this weekend.
The Republic of Ireland international gave the Royals a 2-0 lead against Villa in an FA Cup tie but saw the Villains come back to win 4-2.
Long is now aiming to repeat his goalscoring heroics for the Baggies after running Wolves’ back line ragged last Sunday.
"Hopefully, I can emulate my goals against Villa - but I've learned from that cup tie," Long said.
"Villa are never out of the game, so if we do take the lead this weekend, we've got to be as resilient as we were at the back against Wolves and see the game out.
"In that cup game, we were told to go out for the second half and see out the first 15 minutes.
"But within ten minutes, we were 3-2 down!
"We'll have to be right on our game to come away with a result on Saturday.”
