Shay Given breezed into the Manchester City side and Middlesbrough must have been wishing the former Newcastle goalkeeper had stayed in the north east. [LNB]Jo also made an immediate impact for his new employers with two goals in Everton's 3-0 win over Bolton while team-mate Leighton Baines, manager David Moyes and Liverpool duo Fabio Aurelio and Yossi Benayoun all stood out this week.[LNB]Each week Sportsmail, in partnership with the boffins at the ultimate football management game - Championship Manager - will unveil the best XI from each round of top-flight matches.[LNB]Check out the brand new Championship Manager website, by logging on to: www.championshipmanager.co.uk[LNB] GK: Shay Given (Manchester City[LNB]) - A commanding debut by City's new goalkeeper.  The Irishman pulled off a number of world-class saves from Middlesbrough's Alfonso Alves. [LNB][LNB][LNB] Clean sheet was a Given: Shay was a fine form against Middlesbrough[LNB]LB: Leighton Baines (Everton[LNB]) - The 24-year-old worked hard on the flank all game, providing attacking support to the forwards and never forgetting his defensive duties. Boasts an 86.2 per cent pass completion rate. [LNB]RB: Lucas Neill (West Ham[LNB]) - Solid performance by the West Ham full back. Kept Cristiano Ronaldo quiet for most of the game and contributed well to the Hammers' attacking play, including two attempts at goal and a 78.6 per cent pass completion rate.  [LNB]CB: Michael Turner (Hull City[LNB]) - Solid performance at the back by Turner as Hull grabbed an unexpected point at Chelsea. Made nine successful clearances during the game.   [LNB]CB: Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United[LNB]) - Composed and strong display in the 1-0 win over West Ham, the United defender was a key figure in his side's eighth straight Premier League victory. [LNB]CM: Fabio Aurelio (Liverpool[LNB]) - Played out of position but coped brilliantly.  His set-pieces were top class as he scored with one free-kick and hit the post with another. [LNB][LNB][LNB] Just Fab: Aurelio celebrates his goal[LNB] Hair raising: Modric[LNB] CM: Yossi Benayoun (Liverpool[LNB]) - Inventiveness and tireless running typified the Liverpool midfielder's performance on Saturday at Portsmouth.  Set up the winning goal for Torres. [LNB]LW: Luka Modric (Tottenham[LNB]) - Spurs' best player against fierce rivals Arsenal. He was at the heart of most of his side's attacking play and had two attempts at goal [LNB]RW: James Milner (Aston Villa) [LNB]- Constant threat on the right flank for Aston Villa, scoring a superb goal against Blackburn - tough opposition away from home. Fully deserves his England call up and may earn his first full cap against Spain on Wednesday.  Had a 76.9 per cent successful pass completion rate at Ewood Park.   [LNB][LNB][LNB] No ordinary Jo: Everton's new recruit scores his second goal from the spot[LNB]FW: Jo (Everton[LNB]) - Scored two goals on his debut against Bolton. The first after 49 minutes was superb following a brilliant first touch before wrapping the game up with a penalty. [LNB]FW: Marc-Antoine Fortune (West Brom[LNB]) - Unfortunate to be on the losing side after scoring two good goals in a five-goal thriller against Newcastle. The Guyana forward has adapted well to the Premier League with three goals in two games. [LNB]Manager of the Weekend: David Moyes (Everton[LNB]) David Moyes is a manager who is doing a wonderful job on limited resources.  His loan signing of Jo has immediately paid dividends. Knocked Liverpool out of the Cup and followed it up with a brilliant 3-0 win over Bolton.
