Leicester City set to snap up striker Roman Bednar on loan from West Brom

Leicester-bound: West Brom striker Roman Bednar[LNB]Leicester City are set to make an attempt to sign West Bromwich Albion striker Roman Bednar on loan after being told his team-mate Ishmael Miller is not available.[LNB]Sven Goran Eriksson had been tracking Miller for weeks and thought a done could be done for the 23-year-old but Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo decided to keep him.But Di Matteo will allow Bednar to join City instead as he is keen for him the Czech Republic international to play first team football.Bednar could also be joined at Leicester by Wigan Athletic goalkeeper Chris Kirkland.[LNB]Leicester boss Eriksson said: I don't think they (Albion) are willing to loan him (Miller) out at all.
